By applying The Rising™ Star Method with AI Scholarship, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility:
The scholarship is open to individuals aged 18 years or older from any country. The scholarship is intended for highly motivated individuals who are committed to building and growing an online business through digital courses but may be experiencing financial limitations. Employees, contractors, direct family members of Online Business Star Natalia Wojtasik, or individuals operating competing businesses, are not eligible.

Scholarship Details:
Selected recipients will receive free access to The Rising™ Star Method with AI program. The scholarship covers the full tuition for the program only. This does not include additional private coaching, one-on-one sessions, paid upgrades, or future paid offers, unless otherwise specified.

Application Process:
To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must:

1. Complete the official scholarship application form in full,

2. Submit all required answers in the mandatory application questionnaire.

3. Record and submit a short video (maximum 3 minutes) explaining their motivation to participate and what they hope to achieve.

4. Provide truthful and accurate information,

5. Submit their application before the stated deadline,

Keep their contact details up to date:
Incomplete applications, contain false information, lack the completed questionnaire, do not include the video submission, or contain inaccurate contact details will not be considered.
The Organizer reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion, even if the application meets all formal requirements.

Selection Process:
A limited number of scholarship spots are available. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the final number of awarded scholarships based on the quality of applications received.
Recipients will be selected based on:

Demonstrated motivation and commitment to launching and growing an online business,

Personal circumstances and financial need,

The quality and authenticity of answers provided in the questionnaire,

The clarity, authenticity, and motivation demonstrated in the submitted video,

Readiness to actively participate in the program:
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided by applicants. Providing false information may result in disqualification or revocation of the scholarship. The selection process is confidential. The Organizer is under no obligation to disclose the identity of the selection committee or additional selection criteria beyond what is stated here. All decisions are final. The Organizer is not obliged to provide reasons for accepting or rejecting specific applications.

Notification of Recipients:
The Organizer will select scholarship recipients during the official promotional and sales period of The Rising™ Star Method with AI. Recipients will be notified individually via email no later than 48 hours prior to the program enrollment officially closing.
Selected recipients must confirm acceptance of the scholarship within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the scholarship being offered to another applicant.
The Organizer may publicly announce the names (first name and country of origin) and/or success stories of selected recipients as part of the promotional campaign, unless the recipient requests otherwise in writing.
Recipients must be ready to participate in the program when enrollment opens and the program officially begins.

Commitment to Active Participation:
The scholarship is intended for individuals who are ready to engage fully with the program and apply the knowledge provided. By accepting the scholarship, the recipient agrees to:

Actively participate in all mandatory live sessions, unless prevented by documented and justified circumstances,

Complete program modules and exercises to the best of their ability,

Engage with the provided materials within the program timeline.
Failure to meet these participation requirements — including repeated absence from live sessions without a valid reason or inability to engage with core program activities — may result in removal from the program.

Tuition Fee Obligation for Non-Participation
The Organizer reserves the right to charge the recipient the full tuition fee for The Rising™ Star Method with AI if the recipient:

Fails to attend at least 70% of the mandatory live sessions without prior notice and acceptable justification,

Does not actively engage with the program materials within 30 days of the start date,

Violates community rules or misuses the scholarship in bad faith:
By accepting the scholarship, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.

No Guarantee of Results
Participation in the program does not guarantee specific business results or financial outcomes. Individual success depends on effort, application of knowledge, and external factors.

Consent for Use of Name, Image, and Testimonial
By accepting the scholarship, the recipient grants the Organizer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use their first name, country of origin, image (including photos and videos), and testimonial for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

Publishing written or video testimonials,

Sharing fragments of interviews,

Showcasing success stories in marketing materials.
This consent is granted indefinitely and applies globally. The recipient agrees to provide a short written or recorded testimonial upon completing the program. The testimonial should reflect the participant’s true experience.

Data Protection
All personal data provided during the application process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Online Business Star Natalia Wojtasik’s Privacy Policy, available at: www.marketingnattie.com. Data will only be used to administer the scholarship and for related communications.

Program Language
The program materials are provided in English. By accepting the scholarship, the recipient acknowledges they have sufficient language proficiency to participate.

Access Restrictions
The scholarship recipient may not transfer, share, or resell access to the program to any other individual. Violations will result in immediate removal from the program and legal action if applicable.

Liability Disclaimer
The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or technical damages resulting from participation in the program or platform access interruptions. The program is educational in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

General Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the scholarship at any time without prior notice. Participating in the scholarship process or receiving the scholarship does not create an employment, partnership, or legal relationship between the participant and the Organizer.
